Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.
  • Shipping duration may vary depending on:
  • Destination country (we currently ship to the UAE)
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Courier schedules and any unforeseen delays

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

📍 Note: We do not currently ship on weekends or public holidays (Korea Standard Time).

Customs & Duties:

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges may vary depending on your country's laws and regulations.


📦 Damaged Items Policy

We strive to ensure every package arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Damaged Product Claims:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing our customer care team. To process your claim efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, unedited photos of:
    • The damaged product(s)
    • The original packaging (including shipping label)

 

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the claim and offer one of the following resolutions, based on product availability:

  • A replacement product (shipped at no additional cost)
  • A full refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims that are submitted beyond the 3-day notification window or that lack sufficient evidence.

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect selection
    • Personal preferences
  • All products are final sale unless damaged in transit

📦 If a damaged product is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund instead.
