1. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All our items are sourced directly from authorized distributors of Korean brands. We only work with trusted, official partners to ensure 100% authentic and premium-quality products.
2. Where do you ship from?
All products are shipped directly from South Korea to the UAE — ensuring freshness, authenticity, and integrity.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across the UAE. We’re working to expand across the GCC region soon.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier processing. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as needed.
6. Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes. Restocks depend on availability from our partners in Korea. If something you love is out of stock, use the “Notify Me” feature or contact us for updates.

8. Can I cancel or return my order?
Orders can only be returned or refunded if the product is damaged on arrival.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened products due to hygiene standards.

Customs policies vary. While most UAE orders clear without issue, any applicable duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
